- Weekend (2 Nights): Fri 4 PM – Sun Noon: from $1495 (10 ppl, off peak) to $2380 (14 ppl, peak)
- Long Weekend (3 Nights): Fri 4 PM – Mon Noon: from $2050 (off peak) to $3570 (peak)
- Holiday Weekend (3 Nights): Starting at $3570 – 14 Ppl*
*Peak Summer rates based on minimum people per package. Additional person fees:
– $350/week, $250 (5 weekdays), $200 (4 weekdays), $225 (holiday/long weekends), $150 (weekends)
** $500 Security Deposit required at check-in for up to 8 persons.
*** Scheduled payments: 25% to book, 50% by March 15, balance due 3 weeks before arrival.
**** Weekend off-peak packages assume 10 persons.
